If for any reason you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase, return the items as new with tags attached. We will exchange or issue a refund. Items that have been worn cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Returns and exchanges must be received within 15 days from date of despatch for Australian customers and within 30 days for international customers.
Exchange items will be sent by registered post in Australia or airmail to international destinations at no charge, but you must return the initial goods to us.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Refunds are processed against the original order number and we will require your credit card details in order to refund to your card.
